After many years of using our creativity for other organizations, we decided to take our visions and start our own enterprise. So please allow us to introduce ourselves and our talents, beginning with a little history.

My name is Rich Gasperin a 1978 transplant from Long Island, New York. I've always been interested in taking photographs and movies, and since my dad was the photographer/movie-taker in the family, I learned alot from watching him. In the early 70's I played around with stop-motion animation using Super-8 film and enjoyed the challenge that my movie maker heroes like George Pal and Ray Harryhausen went thru. Unfortunately, we always had to wait to get the film developed and hope that our frame-by-frame effort was not lost. More times than not, it was successful.

Eventually, video started to be available to the consumer market, if yet still costly and bulky. My first video camera was a Panasonic three-tube that required a portable Quasar VHS deck along with a belt worn Ni-Cad battery to keep everything running. I have many good memories of that beast and it was great to have sound with my "movies". As time passed, I stayed away from the big VHS camcorders for the simple reason that the consumer video industry was getting into smaller tapes, like 8mm and VHS-C (along with Super VHS-C). After going thru the Super VHS-C and later the Sony digital handheld camcorders, we, as a business, purchased two Panasonic AG-DVC30 3CCD video cameras for our professional needs. Along with wireless mics and chromakey capabilities, we offer creative and imaginary planning from conception to final design, whether it's for personal or business related needs.

Graphically, while in New York I utilized my talents for an advertising firm that created images for the Metropolitan Museum of Art and Avis along with graphics for numerous historic and scientific text books. Here in Florida, I worked for engineering consultant firms developing submittal cover art, tabs, 2D and 3D graphics, while shooting and editing videos for final presentations.

My associate and wife, Rose, has a background in photography and video along with a keen "Foley artist" ear for knowing what music or sounds would be the best to enhance your video. I have a degree in computer graphics and our software knowledge includes Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, In-Design, Dreamweaver and Flash, CorelDraw, SketchUp, Zaxwerks Proanimator, 3D Studio Max, Microstation and AutoCadd. We use Sony Vegas Pro 9.0 as our non-linear editing program.
